Photos will be posted after room is painted. - Shared bathroom with three other people - Light cooking privileges - Shared refrigerator - All utilities included - Washer and dryer in garage (laundry soap included due to the type of washer I have) - Wifi - Air conditioning in the home - Street parking (home is on the corner, parking is usually easy to locate) - Over night guests limited to a significant other 3-4 nights per month. Location: Near Fremont and Stevenson Blvd. Walking distance to Food Maxx, Target and The Fremont Hub Shopping Center. 2 miles from 880 and 680 freeways. 1.5 miles from Fremont Bart About the home and other tenants I am a 54 year old female. I work during the day Monday-Friday. I am an early riser and early to bed. 29 year old male roommate, my son, currently works from home. He tends to stay up late, but is respectful of his noise 54 year old male roommate rents the master-bedroom. He works nights, and sleeps during the day. He watches TV on low volume on his nights off early into the morning. I sleep with a sound machine and do not hear him. 50 year old female works nights and sleeps 8:00 am-4:00 pm. Her room is adjacent to the room available so you must be mindful of your noise when home while she is sleeping. I have an 18 year old very vocal cat. An occasional visit from my daughter's dog (a well trained pit bill). We are drama free working adults. We are an LGBT friendly home We are 420 friendly in the backyard Room is not recommended for a lite sleeper as we all have very different work and sleep schedules. About you You must pay rent on time on the 1st of each month, clean up after yourself in the shared spaces ie… bathroom and kitchen areas. Be respectful of other tenants belongs and sleeping schedules. Drama free ONE Adult at $925 (includes all utilities) No children. No pets. No cigarette smokers
