Private room in exchange for house

I'm a 36 year old looking for a roommate in my apartment available now. TExt;;(352) 340-3290 I'd be in the master bedroom and you would get your own room and your own bathroom and the living room is empty right now if you have furniture or a hobby you need space for. It also has plenty of closet and outside storage space I'm not using. It's got a washer and dryer in the unit. It's right by a huge shopping center and Fort Union Blvd so real convenient for shopping and public transportation. It's also 8 minutes away from both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyon's if you're the outdoors type. I've got a cat but love dogs and would be okay with either as long as my cat is safe. I'd prefer someone 420 and lgbt friendly and prefer someone who isn't a heavy drinker. I've lived with mostly women but would be okay with guys too.
