Hi, we're looking for a kind and considerate roommate to join our lovely vintage apartment! Our 4 bedroom, 4 bath apartment is looking for a 4th roommate to join our happy home. About the apartment: located a few blocks from Trader Joe's, and tons of restaurants, our rent controlled apartment is located on the second floor of a three unit building. We have in unit washer/dryer and well equipped common spaces and clean kitchen with additional back room storage. Utilities tend to run about $75 a month (internet, gas & electric) + $15 every two weeks for a house cleaner. About us: We are 3 women in our early 30's who have happily shared this space for the last few years and weathered the stay at home orders with no issues. 2 of us work 9-5 from home (for now!) and our third roommate is a nurse who works day shifts. Our ideal roommate would be a woman around our age who keeps similar hours and enjoys keeping our home a happy and tranquil place. We occasionally share a glass of wine or cup of coffee when we are all home but otherwise tend to be out and about!
